1. Overview. This website is operated by Imagine That LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
2. Our products. We sell custom, made-to-order 3D printed lithophanes and related personalized keepsakes. Because each item is produced individually from a photo you provide, products are personalized goods. Colors, finish, and appearance may vary slightly from photos shown on the site due to the nature of 3D printing and individual monitor settings.
3. Your photo and content rights. When you upload a photo or other content for your order, you confirm that:
• You own the photo or have the legal right to use it, and
• Your photo does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
You grant Imagine That LLC a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your uploaded photo solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order. We do not sell your photos or use them for any other purpose without your permission. You agree that you, not Imagine That LLC, are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you submit.
4. Pricing and payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment details.
5. Order acceptance. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if we’re unable to produce a usable result from a submitted photo, or if an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
6. Returns and shipping. Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual property. All site content not provided by you — including our designs, branding, text, and images — is the property of Imagine That LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imagine That LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one.
