Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. 
Production time. Every order is made to order. We typically produce and pack your item within 2–4 business days of receiving your order and photo. Larger pieces (such as the Signature Moment Display) may take slightly longer.
Shipping time. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes an additional 2–5 business days via USPS, depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery: roughly 4–9 business days from order to doorstep. Ordering for a specific date (a wedding, birthday, or memorial)? Email us at info@imaginethatllc.store before ordering and we’ll let you know whether we can meet your timeline.
Tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping rates. Calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Shipping is free for Orders over $40.00 USD.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to cover reshipping costs for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we’ll always do our best to help.
